If you like scrabble, but hate waiting while other players ponder, this is the game for you. You don’t take turns — any player can call out a word they see at any time, and other players words can be stolen if you can take one of their words and add available letters to create a new word. This really speeds up the game and makes it more exciting.

To play the game, all of the tiles are placed face-down in the middle of the table. Next the players take turns turning over one tile at a time. The tiles are placed on the middle of the table in a common area.
When each letter is turned over, all the players try to spell a word using some or all the letters visible in the common area. To qualify, a word must be at least 3 letters long.
The first player, if anyone, that shouts out a spelled word gets the letters and arranges them into the word, directly in front of them.
All the players usually end up with several words in front of them.
What’s different about this game is that instead of using only letters from the central area, a player may spell a word using some letters from the middle and all of the letters from a word that is already laid out in front of any player. In this way, it is possible to “steal” words from other players or increase the length of your own words. Oh, and just like the original Scrabble, you can’t simply add an “S” to the end of a pre-existing word to make a new one.
The game is over when all of the tiles have been turned over and no one can spell any new words. Each player’s score is calculated. A word’s score is equal to the sum of the points shown on the fronts of the letter tiles (just like Scrabble). Several of the tiles have a special, red background. These tiles work just like the “Double Score Word.
For 2 – 4 players, ages 8 and up.
Comes with: 1 cloth apple, 100 letter tiles and instructions.
If you want to play Fast Scrabble, this is the game for you.
